If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disappointing in the service and everything. I have tried bringing my son in 3 times to get his hair cut this week. The door says no appointment needed but they want you to check in online. But in order to get in you have yo check in, in the morning. And then they tell you what time to show up. I work until almost 6 every night I can't just leave work when it's convenient for them. And they did not want to help figure anything out.

Set up a reservation for my stylist 2 hours out. Showed up 10 minutes early and my time to wait shifted to 20 minutes. While I sat there, it shifted to 50 minutes. I walked out after 45 minutes and will never go back again. I loved the 2 different stylists I worked with, but if the business model is set up to be this bad, I won't tolerate it. Also, this was my worst visit, but I have had others where the wait was much longer than acceptable, but I stayed. Another time I was contacted 45 minutes before I was due to be there and they said I could get in in 20 minutes. I accepted and started my 7 minute drive to them. Halfway there I got a message that said I was bumped and ended up waiting 35 minutes once I got there, so I got in later than my original appointment.

I’ve been going to sports clips for years now. But after receiving a cut from Lydia, best experience yet! Her attention to detail and personality while cutting is great. Especially when offered a eyebrow trim, Above and Beyond. She deserves a good raise.

Signed up online got there at the time I was supposed to be and they text to wait another 15 mins then walked inside after the 15 mins of waited another 40 mins for my haircut as all the employees were free just got done cleaning up and went to the back as there was two other people not including me waiting overall they didn’t give me a haircut for over an hour wait time even when I was there and there was only me there not even anyone getting a hair for a good 20 mins

Asked for a haircut where a little was taken off the top. I asked for a no guard on the side and also to have the side as short as possible. Also asked for a little off the top. Both myself and the stylist said 1/2 an inch. Well I was left with 1/2 and inch instead of 1/2 an inch being taken off. Frustrated that I left with basically a bowl cut instead of a nice fade. Really frustrated with the whole experience. Probably won’t go back.
