HairCut Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Baxter/Brainerd

I've been coming to sport clips in baxter for over 4 years and have always received a great haircut and service! Keep up the great work!!!

To say I'm unhappy with the haircut I had today would be an under statement. Todays haircut was my first since loosing my hair to cancer treatment back in March. It came back wavy and was getting long enough that it was curling back on it's self and approximately 2" long. I asked to get 1/3 to 1/2 of it cut off but was given a 1/2" buzz cut with a electric clippers. She left it longer on top saying it would look better. I didn't realize what she was doing till she made the first cut up the back of my head and then it was to late. When she was done with washing it and put stuff in it she then combed it forward saying that is now the style. At this point I Just wanted to get out of there before I said something nasty. When I got home I saw that the hair of my left sideburn was more than twice as long as my right sideburn. None of what happened today was what I asked for. I went in with wavy hair combed on top to the left and the side towards the back which how expected to leave with only shorter and what I left with was nothing short of a butcher job because the stylist did not listen to what I asked for. My only consolation is that in a couple of months it will grow back, but you won't see me for a cut again and I will tell others. I may not have been you best customer but I was still a customer. You get no stars from me even though I have to mark one to submit this.

If I could rate negative stars, I would. We are getting married in 2 weeks and when my fiancé decided to get a haircut we thought we were going to a “barber shop,” but it turns out we walked into a butcher shop. He asked for her to blend in the sides to his beard, and to take off the skater boy flip in the back cause it was going over his hat and just needed to blend it. Well, she took off THREE INCHES on the back and the sides. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Clearly he was upset and got mad, but she never apologized, just walked away overwhelmed. She set his hair growth back 8 months. Another stylist had to step in and attempt to fix his hair, which she only did it shorter. The stylist tried to talk him up saying “he looks good,” but really the customer should get what they ask for and NOT what they think looks good.
