Online check-in needs to go away! I tried using the garbage app and it said online check-in was unavailable and to go to the store. I get to the store and there's 2 stylists doing nothing and only 1 person waiting. I'm 6th in "line" because apparently online check-in works for some people and not others... The stylists take about 5 minutes to screw off and finally clean up the hair on the floor. During this time, someone walks in. They take the other guy waiting first and then the guy who just walked in. The other stylist is finishing up, and I'm the only one waiting again, so I start hoping maybe my wait is over. No luck, as she's cleaning up, 2 more people walk in. I'll take my business elsewhere FOR GOOD. The haircuts here are just ok anyway.
